Hi,

I am installing the Recommended Solaris 8 patch cluster by using the ./install_cluster command. I am then getting error code 33 returned "not valid spooled patch directory". This patches are in /var/sadm/patch/8_Recommended. And I am running them from root login. Please cam someone help.

Thanks

Right, it seems that you can;t have the patches files in a system OS directory. /var/sadm/patch is the default directory where the patch logs ect are kept. Need to have the files loaded to somewhere completely different before install.
