Is it possible to make a copy of Solaris 8 (Intel) original CD onto another CD. My friend told me he got some errors when he tried to install Solaris 8 using the copied CD. Are there any addl. procedures to make a copy of the Solaris 8 CD.

It should not be a problem in making a copy of the Solaris 8 CDs. Infact it is better to make a copy and keep the original safe. No special procedures needed.
