Slice 7 Not Copid - running dd

Comment:
Dear Sir/Madam,
In order to clone the exiting HD, I ran the command: "dd if=/dev/rsdk/c0t0d0s2 of=/dev/rdsk/c0t1d0s2 bs=100k". The command executed fine. However, the slice 7 "c0t0d0s7" in the old HD is not copied to "c0t0d0s7" in the new HD. Slice 7 contains OS files and application files.
Any suggestions or comments appreciated.
