Could someone tell me where does sedn mail gets the domain info ?

When I send mail and I look at the syslog all mails are directed to user@machine.not.what.I.want

How can I change this not.what.want to what.I.want ?

Thanks

You need to modify the sendmail configuration file (sendmail.cf)

Search the web for "Solaris sendmail"
and you will find plenty of sites
which explain how to modify this
file.
