Hi Everyone
Can anyone please tell me how to configure printing in SAMBA server so that windows client can print through samba server.

I have installed samba 2.2.2 on Solaris8(x86)

You do not configure an actual printer, but use a Samba print command. We have used something like this, "cat filename|smbclient WindowsPCname -c 'print -'".
You could include this in a script.
It enables you to print from anywhere once you are logged in to your Solaris system to a shared printer on the Windows PC you named in the above command.
