Hi the first thing I did was search for that directoy, but unfortunately it didnīt exist. So I wonder where the system puts all history and profile files of root superuser.

just / .... forget the root part ... that is what it is called .. the root directory

For the .bash_history file u should be running the bash shell.
This file is always present in the home dir,its path is $HOME/.bash_history
