I have an Intel Solaris 2.7 version unix box at home. I forgot my root password. I have the install unix cd. How can I recovery the root password with the install cd. I need step by step please. Thanks.

Dear Friend..,
Do following :-
1) Boot the machine with cdrom in single user mode.
ok boot cdrom -s
2) mount the root File system..
3) go to /etc 4) vi shadow 5) remove password field 6) save it
and boot the machine again now root doenen't have any password..
