restrict FTP user cd previlege

I need to create a FTP user on solaris, how to restrict this user from cd to other directory, is ACL an option? or only change FTPD to proftpd? is setacl a good idea? change proftpd will/not impact current FTP user?

ever used webmin?.............that is the easiest way man............graphical interface that can config this in about 2 seconds

thanks for reply, using webmin is ok for personal web, but for company, its not a choice, because webmin is not an official software yet, right? Any further suggestion, I am anxious for reply from expert
