I have a Netra T1 200 (UltraSPARC-IIe 500MHz) with SunOS Release 5.8 running. I don't have a either CD-ROM installed or do I know the root password. I also don't find any Information about standard configuration of the pre-installed Solaris. I need the to go to the Solaris promt and do a # sys-unconfig

You're pretty stuffed in that case, I'm afraid. You could take a shot as logging in with root:root (I've seen loads of people leave things like this - pure madness).
The only thing I can think of that you could to is to attach an external CDROM drive if you have an external SCSI controller. You can attach it, power on, stop+A, boot -r, then once it's up stop+a and boot cdrom.
Once you've done that you can go through the usual stuff with removing root password etc...
