Product: Ultra 10 SPARC

I replaced IDE HDD Seagate Barracuda ST320420A (20Gb), witch crashed, with Seagate Barracuda ST3120814A (120Gb) and the Ultra 10 see just about 8Gb from entire capacity. I install Solaris 2.6 and everything works.But the applications needs about 20Gb for its work.
Is it possible to increase this capacity?
May be I have to change the new IDE HDD with another? But, witch one?
