As long as you have a CD Drive in the machine and the Solaris 8 discs it's quite easy.
Turn on the machine, wait for the banner showing memory etc... press STOP+A, put the install disc in the CD drive, and type boot cdrom from the ok prompt. Then follow the instructions.. it's quite self explanatory. :)
