Hi, I have a sun server with a 6 disk hot-swap raid array and i'm wondering how i can configure the disks so they are striped i.e. raid 0 or 5 given that i am about to install solaris 9 - i.e. is it an option during installation, before installation or after installation

Installing from a solaris cd will not give you the option of any raid configuration at all. Solaris 9 does come w/disksuite but you can only configure it after installing the os. Do a search on docs.sun.com for disksuite...
