prtdiag - Segmentation fault

Hello all,

I am trying execute prtdiag command, but the following output is showed:

SNESUN586:/export/home/eadm) /usr/platform/sun4u/sbin/prtdiag
System Configuration: Sun Microsystems sun4v T5240
Memory size: 98080 Megabytes

Run Ecache CPU CPU
Brd CPU Module MHz MB Impl. Mask

Segmentation fault
Exit 139

Does anyone know what this "segmentation fault" means and how can i fix it ?
