Printing error via firewall

Dear All,

I have a create a print queue, when I try to print a text file, it return
the following error:


Encountered an error during filtering.

Reason for failure:

Could not get keyboard type US keyboard assumed


When I print the text file behind the firewall, there have no problem occur.
When the print the text file to remote site, the problem occur.

And there have some information about the print queue setting.
# lpstat -v
device for : /dev/null

# lpstat -lp
printer is idle. enabled since Wed Dec 19 16:25:12 CST 2001.
available.

Content types: prn-text, postscript
Printer types: unknown
Description:
Connection: direct
Interface: /usr/lib/lp/model/netstandard
On fault: write to root once
After fault: continue
