Dear All, I have a create a print queue, when I try to print a text file, it return the following error: Encountered an error during filtering. Reason for failure: Could not get keyboard type US keyboard assumed When I print the text file behind the firewall, there have no problem occur. When the print the text file to remote site, the problem occur.
