Print server with dhcp?

Hi,

I have a question about configure print server.
I recently purchase a personal laser printer and I want to hook it up with my Solaris 8 server, but this server is connected to a netgear router (DHCP).
and the question is can I configure this sun server to be a print server even it use DHCP?

if you set up static IPs (from dhcp or not) or dynamic dns updates, yes
