pkgadd error when install lynx

i ve downloaded lynx-2.8.6-sol10-sparc-local
for solaris.i am getting this error if anyone can help :

root@osssvr3 # pkgadd -s /tmp/spool/ -d lynx-2.8.6-sol10-sparc-local
