Openview and CiscoWorks

I am using HP Openview 6.1 and CiscoWorks 2000. I am trying to open CiscoView from withing HP Openview but it will not open the pages. I can use CiscoWorks by itself but want to use the integrated part of Openview. Any ideas?? Thank you.
