OBP command to check CPU temp

I have a system running Solaris 6 and during boot, I get the message "severe over temperature condition detected", and the system returns to the OK prompt.

Is there an OBP command to check the temperature reading?

setenv diag-level max
setenv diag-switch? true

reboot server-
- Watch the POS (Power On Status).
All the debug messages on Power Up will come out on screen.
