dear I want to setup a NIS Server under Sol8. I copied the nessesary file into the dir, changed the Makefile an startet ypinit -m : There appear som error messages : updated group *** error code 9 *** ... ... updated netmasks make : warning : target all not remade because of errors current working dir /var/yp *** error code 1 *** make : fatal error : command failed for target 'k' error running makefile Is it nessesary to modify the Makefile in the section "all" an "K" ? Where can i find a very good "setup instruction" for NIS / Sol 8
