Hi!
You can't mount an NTFS-system on nfs. The only way I know is setting up a Samba-Server on the Sparc. (It shares the nfs for the NTFS-PC) Another way you set up an FTP-Server on the Win2K-PC with unix format. After that you should login to the Win2K and see the shared files.
