Hi i need a script to find out some desired records. I m giving sample records below. seq_num Type Trace ========= === ===== 1210202510 220 12155 1210221540 220 12182 1210245670 220 178624 1210245690 420 178624 1210249850 220 16426 1210358260 220 9260 1210358880 220 6073 1210272190 220 378396 1210272220 420 378396 1210294950 220 57344 1210294980 420 57344 These type of records i got in my shell prompt after giving a specific command. It's not an output file just out put of a command. I want to find out the records with same trace and atleast one type 420 and related type 220 so that output is like below: seq_num Type Trace ========= === ===== 1210245690 420 178624 1210245670 220 178624 1210245650 420 178624 1210272190 220 378396 1210272220 420 378396 1210294950 220 57344 1210294980 420 57344 I tried with as command|grep 420 but it brings all records having string 420 Can any one help on that issue...?
