Is it possible to take a harddrive that is currently on a Solaris sytem and move it to another Solaris system and not lose any of the data on the hardrive?

If you are moving a data disk (not boot) you should have no problem once the proper mount points are done.
If it is a boot disk and it is the same machine and os you should also have no problem. If it is a boot disk on a diffrent machine that supports the os installed on the disk you will have to install the proper boot device on the disk.
