Fujitsu device control name "ulsa" (Ultra LVD SCSI Adapter)Is this a Veritas issue?
"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, are in my top 10

You can check the status of your hard disk with the help of iostat -en
if in this it showing the hard ,soft and truncation error
so that you can trace out weather your disk is working fine or notNIrmal Bhatt
