I have a 36GB hard disk i need 7 partitions including the swap one, with exact size, but when i run the installation the swap partition starts in the cyl 128 so it left a space there and i can't define more than 6 partitions because that space is unussed so what can i do?.

Thanks Wpatte, the thing is that i need all the partitions bigger than 2 gb and i cant define the first one because the swap partition starts at cyl 128 and the space between the 0 cyl and the 128 cyl is smaller than 2GB.
I apreciate you're help and i'll apreciate even more if u can tell me how can i do it.

Don't use the install cd but start installing from 1 of 2 cd.
So in short typing: # insert 1 of 2 software cdrom ok> boot cdrom do an manual setup.. and make it simple for yourself.. (not 7 slices..) but s0 / s1 swap s3 /var and maybe (if required) s4 /export/home
