Comment:
I want to convert images from TIFF to JPEG automatically.
When I tried this command while in CDE .. it works fine /usr/dt/bin/sdtimage -inType TIFF 002.TIF -outType JPEG -out 002.jpg
When I just do telnet to the workstation and issue the same command .. it comes up with the error : Can't open display:
Even just getting the usage of the command sdtimage -usage gives this error.
My final plan was to run it off a cronjob but this error has to be fixed. Please help. Thanks!
