Use boot manager such as System Commander (SC). Leave a partition as FAT32 or FAT16 or even with your Windows 98 and install your SC into that partition. Boot from floppy either via your CMOS setup or the SC menu option. Install your Solaris into the second partition on your first disk. Perform the necessary disk partitioning etc and repeat it for the second round of installation for the second disk. After each round change the description on the SC Boot Menu.
