How to verify tape backup

I got backup to tape using ufsdump . How to verify the content of the tape. Whether it backed up all the file.

If you backed up to 8mm (exabyte) those drives have a read head that follows the write head doing a verify at the time of backup.

The -t flag of ufsrestore will list the contents of the archive

ufsrestore -t
