How to see the group policy authority

hello to All
i have one problem, any one can tell me how to see the default authority of built-in Group members. like what are the authority having "Sysadmin" , "root" , "nobody" etc.

please help me

Use the command groups. i.e.

#groups root
other root bin sys adm uucp mail tty lp daemon

ok .
but
i want to see the actual permission of the groups.
like what they can do so functions.
Like how they can shutdown the system.
