How to run a SUN program on PC

Hi! I have a porgam that must be run under SUN (VNMR). I wonder if there is some way to do this on a pc (with linux and WinXP). Can I sim SUN or is there some other way.

If I am correct, a program called "excursion" can do this. I do not know where to get it off the top of my head.. But I think it's part of a DEC suite called DigitalPathworks32..
I am not sure if you can even get it anymore since DEC was bought by compaq.
