how to recover if /usr removed

Hi Solaris Gurus,
I wonder if you could help on this: I removed /usr completely by a stupid mistake when I intended to remove some files under it. I could not boot from cdrom when I try to recover if from the tape. Can you help please? Best Regards,

i wonder why you want to boot from cdrom ?! have you tried to recover using the interactive restore ufsrestore or vxfrestore ( depends on your dump ufs or vxf) ?
