How to mount Cdrom to install Oracle 8i

Thanks guys/gals for the previous help. How do i find the path for cdrom or what is the command to install from cdrom. I have solaris8 and trying to begin installation of Oracle 8i on a Sparc Ultra 1.

Try after you insert the cd the command
mount
If there is no /cdrom entry then type as root
/etc/init.d/volmgt start
Normally now you can change to the cd via
cd /cdrom/cdrom0

Try an ls -l
