CPU/Ram: Dual-core,1GB
Product: Ibm / T40

I am trying to install Oracle 11i,on sun solaris.First I want to install on my externall hard drive.I am trying to install on VMWare,but defalt it takes only 8GB.But i am giving 260GB.How to give 260GB?Please respond as early as possible.

Edit vmx file.
