I'm no expert at Solaris, but I've installed several OS' on one box, and I would think it's pretty straight forward. After XP is installed, and there is plenty of space left on the disk for Solaris, just boot from the CD/DVD, and install. That's all I have had to do so far. Solaris has always written the boot sec/mbr with it's own booting menu.
