Comment:

I set the timezone to PST instead of EST by mistake, I know how to fix the /etc/TIMEZONE file, however, I can not reboot the server in 2 months. Besides 'set TZ=EST' in every window, is there a way to take system wide effect without reboot?

Thanks

Double click on your date and time in the lower right hand corner [task bar], then click the tab 'Time Zone', locate your proper time zone and hit OK.
