i have a sunblade100 that connects to an older 20" sun monitor. i use a converter to plug the monitor into the 15pin vga port. when i try to run: "m64config -depth 24 -res 1152x900x66 try", which the monitor can easily take (according to the specs), it comes out fuzzy. all i really want to do is to change my depth from 8 to 24. is there a file i can modify? some printouts: "m64config -propt" --- OpenWindows Configuration for /dev/fbs/m640 --- OWconfig: machine Video Mode: not set Depth: not set "m64config -prconf" --- Hardware Configuration for /dev/fbs/m640 --- ASIC: version 0x27004752 DAC: version 0x0 PROM: version 106 Possible depths: 8, 24 Current resolution setting: 1152x900x66 Current depth: 8 thanks for all your help!
