Hi We have recently moved our NIS-master from a DG/UX server to a SUN-box, running Solaris 2.7. On the old DG/UX we had a tool, called sysadmin, which were used to manage users in the NIS-passwd file, among other things. My question is now: how is it done in Solaris ?? is there a tool, with the same funcionality as sysadmin ??

I purchased an NIS Admin menu system to manage a 5 server farm of Solaris 7 servers. This was a GREAT tool for this type of thing.
Take a look at it. It's on eBay. Item name: SUN Solaris UNIX NIS Administration Menu Item number: 2049306007 End date: Sep-01-02 08:58:34 PDT To view item, click here: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2049306007&ssPageName=ADME:B:DS:US:3
