There are times when we need to archieve/zip old log files under a particular directory to clean up some
space. I'm getting struck when ls -l show month like "Mar".

Can someone help in getting the filenames under a directory
by giving date as parameter.

i.e if "listfile" is the script and
if 2009 is parameter then it should display all the files created in 2009
if 200902 is passed, it should list all the files created in Feb 2009 alone
if 2000312 is passed, it should list all the files created in 12-March-2009 alone.
