GUI Interface to Solaris

Hi, We have Solaris box with Win2k workstation as interface. Currently we are doing programming using telnet from Win2k. It is very tough as this is CUI.Is there is any GUI IDE which allows to do programming & compiling from Win2k.

Currently we are using VNC(Virtual Network Computing) tool from http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/ to work on solaris graphics from win2k. There are even commercial tools are available like Reflection X to achieve the same.
