Comment:

How do I set up my Solaris 8 to have proper ftp sessions? I can ftp only within the localhost but when I try to ftp outside of the box i.e. from Windows in a different IP addy, I can't log in. Is there somewhere that I have to specify? I looked at my inetd.conf file and it seems it is set up there. Where else do I have to check?

Thanks,
Newbie Unix
