Hi all, I have encounter ar problem:
how can I do the display setting? The model numbers of both my monitor and display card are not listed in Solaris Installation program, so what can I do?

assuming you are installing x86?

use the 16 color vga setting during install, and choose a frequency setting that you know is compatible with your monitor (ie. 800x600@60hz or 1024x768@75h)

once you get your system up and running follow the directions on this page to download and install the solaris ports of the xfree86 drivers:
