hi
i want to delete files abc_111 to abc_130 from a directory having files abc_111 to abc_650 in continuity. what wil be the command to carry out this deletion at a time
i. i dont want to repeate my deletion command for each file

Hi kritika,

Following command will delete all the files having name abc_100 to abc_129.

Change range required by u in "[0-2][0-9]"

# rm -r abc_1[0-2][0-9]
