Behnam,
I've just had a similar problem on a Sun Ultra 5. See http://www.squirrel.com/squirrel/sun-nvram-hostid.faq.html
If it's applicable, I suggest you source your nvram chip from an electronics distributor, or something. My local Sun supplier wanted £145+carriage(£10)+vat for the one I needed. I got one that was a different shape (ie. wasn't idiot-proof enough to have a chamfered edge on one end, but went in the way the old one came out visually) for under £25. The url above told me the rest....apart from how to set the time!
My original problem started as yours, then I suppose the battery died completely, and lost my mac address and hostid. Then it wouldn't boot at all. Now I have it running, but still get the message you're getting, which is why I read your post.
If you find out anything different about it, I'd appreciate a message back.
Cheers,
Liam
