Creating a Solaris9 x86 bootable cd

OS: Win2000,RHLinux
CPU/Ram: AMD400, 192MB

I tried to create a Solaris 9 cd from the image I downloaded from Sun with the rr.bz2
extension. After extracting, I changed .rr extension to .iso (as I read in some other posts) and burned with Nero(win), but I got a cd that is not bootable. Is there any other way to burn the cd and make it bootable?
