I’ve read somewhere on web, Solaris 8 does not work with Intel Pentium 4 Processor. Is it true? If somebody have Solaris 8 running well on P4, tell me about that, please!

dear friend, I have red ur message, and misfortune it's really true, recently I have bought P4 with a processor 2.2G Intel original, and I was shocked when I couldn't install solaris 8 on it. The installation runs very well till it reashes the installation methods', i.e. 1- Jump start or, 2- Interactive method, then it reboots automatically and start the pc again. So, I have already passed through this and also need somebody to guide me to solve this problem.
