configuration error

OS: Solaris
CPU/Ram: Ultra Sparc 400MHZ/512MB

I installed a PCI Dual Ultra3 SCSI HBA in a Ultra 5 system for a L9 tape drive. When i use boot -r with the tape drive on the system hangs saying configure /dev and /devices, but without the tape drive it starts up normally but.

I suppose your asking what to do next.. Clean up your dev links and path_to_inst. Make sure your drivers and firmware are up to date.
