Change Time Zones

How do I change the time zone on the system clock. I accidentally set it to Pacific Coast Time when I did the install and I want to change it to Eastern Standard Time. I have SU privilages if I need them. THanks

Hi,

There is a file named TIMEZONE under /etc dir. Edit TZ parameter to

TZ=US/Eastern

and save the file.

Reboot the system and the clock will set to EST.
