Cannot change boot device???

Subject: Cannot change boot device???
OS: Solaris 10
CPU/Ram: 2/2g
Model/Manufacturer: Ultra-250
Comment:
I did a Solaris Upgrade (Solaris 10) via a install server on the net. Now the system keeps doing a net boot. The boot device is disk! If I break out and do "boot disk" it boots off the disk. But if I do any other auto-boot (init 6, reboot, boot) it boots of the net. I have confirmed multiple times the boot device is disk! I reset the prom settings and did an nvunalias and it is still doing it!

Well - either the power off and restart or removing the diag-device worked :) Thanx!
