Subject: C programming for serial ports
OS: Solaris 9
CPU/Ram: TMS380 RAM ?
Model/Manufacturer: SPARCStation10
Comment:

I want to send several character command strings out of one of the serial ports and receive back several characters in return.
The purpose is to turn a small motor on/off, read back analogue volts, using a serial port motor controller module type BV4113.
I have C language code that is already working which receives instructions via web page, controls equipment via a GPIB bus and returns results etc. I need additional C code to send and receive data bytes to and from one of the SPARCStation10 serial ports.
Any help welcome please....
Best regards, Eric
