I am doing two sets of full system ufsdumps onto two tapes. The first set covers disks 1-3 (42GB of data) and the second covers disks 4-5 (56GB of data). The first tape runs out at about 41GB while the second runs to completion. Both times I am using the same type of tape in the same drive. What could be happening on the disk 1-3 ufsdumps that make it fill up the tape?
