Comment: Here is my problem: router A is the getway to the Internet wan:interface 2.2.2.2 lan:interface 1.0.0.1 router B is a small router to isolate my lab wan: inteface 1.0.0.5 (in this case internal net) lan: lab interface 1.0.1.1 mymachine: 1.0.1.10 now my default route is 1.0.1.1 I can reach all the way to the external wan interface with ping and traceroute, but CANNOT reach (or get a response??) from say Yahoo's IP address. I haven't got to the hostnames and dns set-up yet, but shouldn't I get ping level routing out to the cloud? Confused in Canada
